The Grand Opening of the American Indians in Texas' new campus also launches the establishment of the Spirit Waters Art Gallery, San Antonio’s first permanent Native American art gallery. At the Grand Opening on March 24th catch a sneak peak of the gallery’s first exhibit, Ramon Vasquez y Sanchez: The Man, The Myth, The Legend, a retrospective exhibit by renowned artist, activist and cultural innovator, Ramon Vasquez y Sanchez. The work spans over 70 years and falls into the following categories: Early Works, Silkscreens, Pen and Inks, Mission Works, Cosmic Works, and Dia de los Muertos Work.
