From 5:30-9:30pm, guests can enjoy one of three options to enjoy the parade: A Fiesta Fun Four-Courses of Food ($135, includes gratuity and one chair along the river walk for parade viewing), Patio Parade Viewing and Table Seating ($115, includes gratuity), or the !Salud Package¡ which includes a river walk chair plus two drink tickets (house wine and select cocktails, $60, includes gratuity). Seating for inside will begin at 5:45pm with the first course at 5:30pm and for the patio, seating will begin at 5:45pm with the first course at 6:00pm. The specialty menu will feature items from Ceviche and Seared Gnocchi Lobster to Smoked Short Rib Enchiladas and fun cocktails such as the Pepino Fresco and Hard Horchata. In addition, live festive music from a Mariachi Band will be playing from 5:00-7:00pm!
