The UTSA Institute of Texan Cultures’ monthly Free Second Sunday features a family-friendly Fiesta program for April, corresponding with the city’s annual celebration.

The day features a variety of immersive activities and hands-on experiences, including making decorations such as papel picado and crepe paper flowers, mariachi music performances, and dress-up photo opportunities with Fiesta favorites such as rebosos and hats.
