Blue Star Contemporary is pleased to offer this open call opportunity to artists nationally and internationally. Artists are invited to submit a portfolio of their work and be considered for future exhibition opportunities. Selected artists from the pool of the top 10% are included in developing exhibitions and new exhibition concepts arise from trends and themes observed through the open call.

This call is for out of state and international artists only. There is a separate call for artists living and working in Texas. Portfolios should include recent work, made within the last five years, that accurately represents the current state of the artist’s practice. Your portfolio should give us an understanding of visual and conceptual themes, and your voice as an artist. Please note this is not an exhibition proposal.
