The Department of Arts & Culture presents a panel discussion on the use of symbolism in the creative process. Panelists include Antonio Castro, Benito Huerta, Victoria Suescum, Diana Molina, and Cesar Martinez. 

The event is part of the "Icons & Symbols of the Borderland" exhibit at Centro de Artes. The exhibit is an embodiment of the landscape and cultural legacy of the U.S./Mexico borderland, and features the works of 25 artists. The exhibit runs through December 17, 2017.
