Catrina Ball

Catrina Ball

Presented by City of San Antonio Public Library at Central Library

Catrina Ball Chair, Kye Kilpatrick Fox and L3 Co-Chairs, Ellen Riojas Clark and James V. Mazuca, invite you to join our guests of honor: La Catrina, Rosemary Kowalski & El Catrín, Pete Cortéz, for the inaugural Catrina Ball to celebrate El Día de los Muertos.

Come dressed in dramatic costume with calavera flair to commemorate the expansion of the Latino Collection and Resource Center (LCRC).

Elevated Mexican street food, cocktails, and entertainment will transform the Library’s first floor into an elegant street party. Festivities continue into the night at the Disco de los Muertos after-party from 9:00-11:30 p.m.

Proceeds will benefit LCRC as it honors the creative and literary contributions of Latinos in a large and dynamic new space. Your support will be everlasting and help the Library maintain a dynamic resource for our community.
