This book honors the foods of his heritage, highlighting the use of fresh ingredients to create flavorful dishes. Join Hotel Emma on November 5 for a special dinner created by Jennings. There will be a reception at 6 p.m. with a welcome beverage offered upon arrival. This evening will be part two of Hotel Emma’s Sunday Supper series at its on-site restaurant, Supper, that will take place throughout the Fall and Winter with featured guest chefs from across the nation.
