Bass-baritone Michael Sumuel, who has performed in leading roles at the Houston Grand Opera, San Francisco Opera and Lyric Opera of Chicago, collaborates with HGO Studio Artist Zoie Reams, mezzo-soprano and a first-place winner in the Emerging Artist category of the 2015 Classical Singer competition. Pianist Elena Portnaya, an alumna of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and laureate of numerous international piano competitions, will accompany the soulful duo. The concert is in collaboration with DreamWeek.  A Meet the Artists dessert reception will follow the concert.
