“Made in S.A.” Film Series – “Viva Max!”

Presented by San Antonio Film Commission at Hemisfair Yanaguana Garden

Texas Public Radio, the San Antonio Film Commission (a division of the City of San Antonio’s Department of Arts & Culture), and Slab Cinema for a “Made in S.A.” film series. This free series celebrates San Antonio’s Tricentennial year by screening films that were made in San Antonio at (or very close to) the locations where they were filmed.  

 

This segment of the series will feature “Viva Max” at Hemisfair Park, just down the street from the Alamo – the location where most of the film’s scenes were shot.   All screenings are open seating, BYOC (bring your own chair), and available space is on a first-come, first-served basis. Screenings will start 15 minutes after dusk.
