VIA is proud to announce its 23rd Annual Youth Art Contest. All students, grades Pre-K through 12, are invited to submit artwork for the contest.

This year's theme is:  Driving the Future.  In celebration of VIA's 40th anniversary, participants are asked to help illustrate how VIA and our community are driving the future together.  Showing the past, present & future of transportaion is encouraged.
