Ain’t that America, an art exhibition by Zach Slough, examines post industrial America, centered on Midwestern manufacturing communities. Slough approaches the subject using references to history and nostalgic imagery, reflecting the Midwestern ideal of craftsmanship by utilizing techniques and materials which reinforce the message of each piece. The show features works in a variety of media from watercolor to bronzes and sculpture.
