Two women, Gen and Mabel, like each other. A whole lot. So why can’t this relationship seem to get off the ground? As they try to shortcut their way to intimacy by baring their souls, they break each other’s heart repeatedly in tiny, devastating ways – and then come back together. A story about trust, lust, and the quest for connection.
Written by Leta Tremblay of Caps Lock Theatre and directed by Jump-Start’s Holly Nañes, Gen and Mabel is a brisk one-hour performance for mature audiences ages 18 and up. An LGBTQ community leader will host each performance.
Tremblay, playwright, and Nañes, director, are both graduates of the theater program at Smith College.
Tickets are $12 general admission and $10 discount tickets for students, military, seniors and SATCO members.
