Antlers Lodge, an upscale dining restaurant at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, will host a wine pairing dinner with Penfolds Winery.  The wine dinner will take place on Thursday, September 6 and will feature a six-course meal paired with wine selections from the internationally-renowned vineyard out of South Australia.

The dinner will include a brief presentation from Antlers Lodge’s Chef Yevgeniy Kulyk and a representative from Penfolds Winery about the menu, the wine pairings, and what guests can expect during the dining experience.
