Presented by the San Antonio Arts Commission in collaboration with the City of San Antonio Department of Arts & Culture, Distinction in the Arts honors artists, and organizations or individuals who have provided enduring and effective cultural leadership, displayed exceptional artistic accomplishments and/or have made a significant contribution and impact to the San Antonio arts community. The program was initiated by District 1 Councilman Roberto C. Treviño.

This year, in celebration of San Antonio’s Tricentennial, we are proud to bring together previous honorees for one unforgettable and historic evening. The event includes a reception immediately following the program.
