Dignity San Antonio and Pro San Antonio would like to announce it’s 15th Solidarity Sunday. Solidarity Sunday is a faith-based anti-violence initiative. Amid at ending violence toward the Lesbian, Gay, bisexual, and trans-gendered people of our planet. Solidarity Sunday is a national event that started right here in San Antonio in 1995. It is now celebrated across the United States. In 2008 an estimated 1,460 hate crimes were committed to people who were either Lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgendered. Often these type of crimes go unreported it is vital that we take a stand against hate and end violence now. Please join us as we come together in solidarity to pray and pledge to end all violence.
