Foundational Elements

“Foundational Elements” by San Antonio artist Emily Fleisher is a series of installations composed as miniature office spaces that invite magical elements into the daily routine. On each desk is a representation of a historic San Antonio building – the original City Hall, Mission Espada, and the Bexar County Courthouse. The glass lampshades above them mimic the iconic triptych composition of the bell towers of both Mission Espada and Mission San Juan.
