Passing Light

"Passing Light" by Massachusetts based artist Christopher Janney is an installation helping to direct parking lot patrons to Terminal 1 along an avenue covered by a festive colored skylight. This public artwork integrates time and the sun’s movement across the sky. The skylight casts a rainbow of colors into the garage’s interior and draws patrons to move through the streams of bright light. Additionally, high-tech light fixtures that flicker and flash coinciding with soothing, rhythmic sounds fill the garage to welcome and guide customers to Terminal
