ReinCARnation

ReinCARnation” by San Antonio artist Twyla Arthur is comprised of two vintage cars found on the Northwest Service Center site at the start of construction. The lighting vehicle at the front gate (the “Ghost Car’) directs Northwest Service Center visitors into the facility. The shade structure vehicle (the “High Ride”) provides an enticing gathering space for employees. Tile benches throughout the site reference the administrative and mechanical work performed at the Northwest Service Center in the spirit of artistic celebration.
