The Beacon at Midtown Gallery & Studios is a contemporary art gallery nestled in the historic Beacon Hill neighborhood at 1136 W. Woodlawn Ave. Dedicated to fostering creativity and community, The Beacon welcomes artists of all disciplines to share their talents with the San Antonio community. A standout feature of the gallery is its built-in stage, designed for artist talks, poetry readings, and intimate music and dance performances—making it a truly multidisciplinary space. In addition to curated exhibitions, The Beacon@Midtown offers studio rentals for local artists and musicians seeking a dedicated, collaborative environment to create and grow. These studios foster inspiration and connection within the thriving Beacon Hill arts community. The Beacon is also an available for vendor marketplace events, public or private meetings, and workshops that support the community. Rooted in a mission to celebrate all forms of artistic expression, The Beacon@Midtown is a dynamic space where artists and audiences come together. PARKING INFO
While there is limited parking on-site (approximately 12-14 vehicles), there are two designated handicap spots, a place to drop people off in front of the gallery, and also plenty of free street parking within walking distance.

Open to the public during scheduled public events, usually between Friday and Sunday. Visit our Facebook or Instagram pages for details.
