EB Mota’s Approach – It’s All In The “ARTmosphere”: Whether on stage, off stage, in the studio, or at the office, it is my calling to champion for the success of ALL people by helping to discover & unleash the unique God-given talents they often times didn’t even know they possessed deep within; My approach is simple: Connect authentically, listen, validate, lead with heart, kindness, & empathy, use positive reinforcement, imagery, relatability, and humor to help soften the mood and quickly gain the TRUST needed for one to feel comfortable enough to let go, be vulnerable, and thus, perform FULL OUT, in order to reach their full potential. I believe this is achieved in the emotionally safe and artistically strengthening environment, together we create, and that I like to call the “ARTmosphere”, where we celebrate our triumphs every day, bridge the gap between Heart & Hustle, and justify the storytelling as Actors 1st, (who sing and dance), creating positive impact that lasts, confidence through fast, noticeable results, a track record that has proven to be incredibly successful time & time again with hundreds of former students who've gotten leads in the musicals they auditioned for, were accepted into highly competitive theatre & musical theatre programs, received hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships, participated & won at the Joci Awards, have thriving careers within the industry, and/or have become incredible, influential teaching artists.
