Fabian Santoyo – Artist. Voice. Vessel.

Before he picked up a brush, Fabian Santoyo’s voice moved through the speakers of San Antonio’s morning airwaves. A proud West Side native and graduate of John Jay High School, Fabian began his creative journey not on canvas, but in radio-where he co-hosted a local morning show and brought real stories, raw energy, and legendary guests like Tommy Chong into the conversation.

But radio was more than a platform. It was a training ground for presence. It taught him rhythm, connection, and how to move people without ever being seen.

“I was in radio… I lived in the music.”

That pulse never left him.

Today, Fabian pours that same fire into his art. His work…explosive, emotional, and deeply human is rooted in sound, culture, and soul. Every painting is a performance. Every brushstroke a beat. His past in radio fuels his present as an artist who doesn’t just create visuals… he creates experiences.

Whether he’s painting live on the streets of San Antonio, building immersive pieces in his studio, or connecting with the community through raw spoken word, Fabian Santoyo is more than an artist… he’s a storyteller who never lost his voice. He just found new ways to use it.
