I am a native San Antonio DJ, independent record label owner, music producer, and event creator. As a DJ, I like to create moments or “a vibe,” with my music selection, customizing playlists based on the type and theme of events. I prefer to connect with people by playing new and rare music typically not featured on commercial radio nor bar and club events. This allows for unique social experiences, introducing new fans of the artists I play by sparking conversations about their music. My background as a visual artist (former graffiti artist), and photography and movie-making hobbyist, very much influences the soundtrack I curate for live events regardless of music genres.
I will be releasing music I have produced on my independent record label in collaboration with some local music artists I’ve had the pleasure of working with and becoming fans of since I began my DJ career. Dates, names, and details to be updated soon!

Tell us about your work (style, approach, philosophy, subject and/or theme):
As a passionate DJ and music creator, I share my love of music at every event and gathering, viewing it as an opportunity to co-create new memorable experiences. This process starts with open collaboration with the organizers, artists, and curators to ensure a cohesive vision from the planning stage to performing live.
My approach to music selection and community engagement began years ago, on a local college radio station where I co-produced a weekly radio show featuring guest DJs, artists, and musicians. I provided a platform to promote and build a space for others with similar music tastes where there was a local void for genres such as underground hip-hop, future jazz, and experimental electronica.
Through live performances I engage audiences and active listeners with intentional and diverse song selections to stimulate positive emotions and bridge commonality. This central idea inspires my process when creating new music and planning collaborative pop-up activations.
