Advanced Level 5 Ballet with Pointe Work is tailored for passionate dancers aged 14 and above, with a minimum of 6-8 years of previous ballet training or for adults aged 18 and above who may not have formal training but possess a strong dedication to mastering the art of ballet. In this class, you will embark on an exciting journey towards technical excellence, artistry, and the graceful art of dancing en pointe. Level 5 Ballet focuses on attaining a high level of technical proficiency. We will work on refining your movements, enhancing your extensions, mastering intricate footwork, and achieving dynamic control in both adagio and allegro. For eligible dancers, pointe work will be introduced or further developed. This includes exercises at the barre and in the center to strengthen the feet, ankles, and legs, ensuring a safe and stable foundation for dancing en pointe. As dancers progress, the class will delve deeper into the artistry of ballet. dancers will learn how to infuse emotion and storytelling into your movements, transforming each step into a captivating expression of art. Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to learn and perform more complex choreographies, honing your ability to adapt to different styles and challenges as a versatile dancer.
