Level 3 Ballet is an intermediate ballet class designed for dancers aged 10 to 12 years old with previous ballet training or dancers aged 13 and above with little to no ballet experience. This class builds upon the fundamental skills learned in earlier levels and introduces more complex ballet techniques and choreography. It aims to further develop the dancers’ strength, flexibility, musicality, and artistry while instilling a deeper appreciation and understanding of classical ballet.

Level 4 Ballet with Pre-Pointe Work is designed for aspiring dancers aged 11-14 with at least 5 years of previous ballet training or dancers aged 15 and older with little to no previous ballet experience. Level 4 Ballet focuses on refining fundamental ballet techniques, such as proper body alignment, turnout, balance, and coordination. For students nearing the pointe readiness, this class incorporates pre-pointe exercises to strengthen the feet, ankles, and lower legs. These exercises will enhance your foot articulation and help you develop the necessary strength for safe pointe work. It is recommended that dancers take this two-hour class 3-4 times a week.
