One of CPMF's flagship programs is its Young Artist Program [YAP] under the direction of Education Director Craig Sorgi and Interim Artistic Director Jeffrey Sykes. Through YAP, CPMF has impacted the lives of over 120 young adults since 2004. Now in its 19th season, 9 new Fellows are ready to start a musical experience of a lifetime. This educational program is based at CPMF’s San Antonio concert venue, Trinity Baptist Church. The Young Artists form an ensemble—and ensembles—to study and perform chamber music. The curriculum includes private instruction and chamber music coachings with Education Director Craig Sorgi, Education Assistant Karen Stiles, and Festival Artists, lecture classes on aspects of music performance/careers, as well as several community engagement concerts.
