Sent to the concentration camp at Mauthausen, after fighting on the Republican side in the Spanish Civil War, photographer Francesc Boix was assigned to the camp’s photography laboratory. There, he succeeds in hiding away images that would expose to the world the atrocities perpetrated there by the Nazi regime.
