The Department of Arts & Culture presents “City of Service,” an exhibit celebrating the history and legacy of San Antonio’s service members and military bases.

The Department of Arts & Culture invites you to visit the City of Service Exhibit, which recognizes and celebrates the history and legacy of San Antonio’s service members and military bases. The exhibit features the works of a diverse group of San Antonio-based artists, including military veterans. Subjects of the works include the Women’s Army Corps (WAC), Edgewood ISD students who served in the Vietnam War, San Antonio’s military bases, the Buffalo Soldiers and Tuskegee Airmen of San
