DASHI Dinner Series S2E3: Mid-Autumn Harvest of Abundance ft Guest Chef Jo Chan

On September 12, DASHI collabs with accomplished celebrity Chef Jo Chan (Bravo’s Top Chef) of Austin, TX for the traditional and iconic Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋节) – a celebration of family to give thanks for the fall harvest. Chef Jo Chan will display her expertise within the Asian-fusion culinary genre as she teams with DASHI’s own Master Chef Jian Li – both creating an unforgettable Mid-Autumn feast of abundance. It is our honor to invite you to attend DASHI Dinner Series Season 2 Episode 3: Mid-Autumn Festival Collab. with Chef Jo Chan – a 16-course, 8-beverage celebration.
