Haiku Day at the San Antonio Botanical Garden

In Celebration of National Haiku Day, families are encouraged to write their own haiku in the garden, and in response to the exhibit – OrigamiintheGarden² – the folded metal origami sculptures of Jennifer and Kevin Box. Cranes, butterflies, boats, birds, and ponies – to inspire. Families will be able to leave their creations for San Antonio Botanical Garden to share with the artists.

At 10:00 am there will be a live reading of Haiku – Classic, Contemporary, and local by SA Poets: Linda Simone, Eddie Vega, Mobi Warren, and Jim LaVilla-Havelin
