See more logistical details below:

COVID: The venue is an indoor ventilated space. At this time the building requires all guests to wear masks. This will be a masked event for the indoor area. There is an outdoor area for hanging out, talking and potentially sleeping. The outdoor space is concrete not grass.

Tickets: All guests must RSVP via Eventbrite. Pay what you can with $0 - $20 tickets with a portion of the proceeds donated to Ukraine Aid. We will have a strict overnight capacity. Due to the nature of this overnight event guests must be 18+ to RSVP. Minors can be accompanied by an adult before 10pm.

Audience: Please know that we expect everyone to be respectful of other people’s personal space at this event. You may be asked to leave if making anyone uncomfortable, so thank you for being a good guest. We will have seating for those who want to come and enjoy the night for a few hours, but we also encourage guests to bring a sleeping bag, pillows, blankets and bean bags to set up for a middle school lock-in feel. Please also be mindful of your belongings. Mercury Project is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Lock-In: The doors to Mercury Project will be closed and locked through the night, but we will have a door person who will let registered guests in and out at all times. We want to keep people safe and give them enough comfort to doze off into sleep as the night moves on.

Quiet Zone: Since the nature of the music is ambient, minimal, acoustic and sleepy, we ask that people keep their conversations outside or in areas away from the performance. Please silence cell phones while in the space.

Food & Alcohol: This is a UTSA co-hosted event and therefore we will NOT be selling any alcohol at this event. We will have snacks, coffee and water for all, but please bring your water bottle. There is also no smoking, vaping or open flames allowed in the building.

Parking: Parking is very limited. We suggest biking carpooling, taking public transportation or a lyft. Otherwise, parking is on the street. Please be mindful of local residents and signage for no parking areas especially Sat March 27 during Cyclovia.
