Pirates on the Plaza with OPERA San Antonio & Classical Music Institute

Bring the family for an evening of beautiful music and pirate themed hijinx as artists from OPERA San Antonio and the Classical Music Institute perform excerpts from Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Pirates of Penzance and works inspired by the high seas. Guests will be invited to explore the world of musical instruments, learn sea shanties, enjoy music and pirate themed crafts, and join in family-friendly games from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. with a concert to follow from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to bring along their lawn chair or blanket to comfortably enjoy the festivities.
