An alumnus of UTSA and LA Opera’s Domingo-Colburn-Stein Young Artist Program and Santa Fe Opera’s Apprentice Program for Singers, Rafael Moras is two-time recipient of Santa Fe Opera's Richard Tucker Fund Award; Grand Finalist of Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions; and finalist twice in Houston Grand Opera's Eleanor McCollum Competition.
