Urban-15 Groups 1st Annual Illuminated Bike Parade

This year’s INCOGNITO will be at the historic ELMENDORF LAKE PARK located at 3700 W. Commerce San Antonio TX 78207.  Event is free to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring folding chairs and blankets.

The parade will begin on the westside of the lake and proceed across the bridge to the island and moving north to the bridge that connects to the eastside of the lake.

Parade proceeds south to the end of the parade. A crowning moment in this year’s INCOGNITO will be the presentation of the illuminated bicycles which will be judged for outstanding imagination, design, and presentation.

Winning contestants will receive cash prizes for best Illuminated Bike
