As the darkness falls, URBAN-15’s Carnaval de San Anto dancers and drummers will transform Elmendorf Lake Park into a ceremony of lights and sounds that resurrect and connect to our ancestors on this All Saints Day.
In collaboration with the Center for Mexican-American Studies at Our Lady of the Lake University and the District 5 Councilwoman, Shirley Gonzales, URBAN-15’s drummers, dancers, and OLLU students will offer homage and tributes through illumination, dance and rhythms that honor our families and friends who have passed since last year’s commemoration.
