Mexican Cultural Institute

The Mexican Cultural Institute in San Antonio is part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ network of official institutions coordinated by Embassies and Consulates to spread, highlight and nurture the art and culture of Mexico abroad.
Since 1968 our role in the San Antonio community has been to ensure the permanence of this link through vibrant exhibitions, high caliber performances and engaging public events. Our mission is to promote the knowledge of the cultural heritage of Mexico, to illustrate contemporary Mexican creative vitality, to celebrate Mexican traditions, and to offer a modern and accurate image of Mexico.
