- 35 children and 620+ adults with intellectual developmental disabilities
- Ages 3 through adulthood
- 95 percent of our clients have secondary diagnoses (in addition to developmental disability) that include: cerebral palsy; vision & hearing impairments; autism, seizure disorder and varying degrees of mental health issues
- 20 percent of our children are autistic; 60% of our children are non-verbal
- Children: 60% – non-verbal, 35% – total care, 34% act out aggressively towards others, and 25% – self-abusive

- 22-acre South San Antonio campus with 6 cottages (4 children, 2 adult), 10 Day Activity Classrooms; 12,500 sq. ft. Programming & Recreation Center; 3,200 sq. ft. Open-Air Covered Pavilion; Medical Clinic; Fitness Park & ¼ mile Walking Trail; Swimming & Exercise Pool; Sport Court; Chapel; Gym; 3 Playgrounds; 250-Tree Olive Orchard; Education/Training Center; Laundry & Commercial Kitchen.
- 19 Community Homes for adults with IDD located throughout San Antonio
- 3 apartment complexes offering semi-independent living for 58 adult residents with IDD
- Unicorn Centers Campus, a Day Activity and vocational training facility for adults located in the Medical Center.
Programs:
- Residential Program serving children with IDD ages 3-17 years
- Summer Outreach and Recreation (SO.A.R.) – summer camp & after school programming for children with IDD – serving both our children residing on our campus and children from loving homes throughout Bexar County
- Mom’s Morning Out – Monthly Saturday morning respite for families caring for children with IDD
- Host Companion Care (formerly Foster Care) for adults with IDD offering ‘traditional’ American family living
- To.Be Day Activity and Health Services serving adults with severe disabilities
- Vocational & Life Skills training and job placement for adults with IDD
- Hands-On: residential & day activity program for deaf/blind adults with IDD
- In-Home & Family Support serving children and adults with developmental disabilities in their own home
