Our beginning musical theater class at Alamo City Arts Academy is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of musical theater for young performers who have a passion for singing, acting, and dancing recommended for ages 6-12 with no prior experience necessary. Led by experienced instructors, this class provides a supportive and engaging environment where students can explore and develop their talents in all three disciplines. Through a variety of fun and interactive activities, students will learn the fundamental techniques of vocal projection, stage presence, character development, and basic dance movements. They will also have the opportunity to explore different musical theater genres and styles, learning songs and scenes from popular shows. As they gain confidence and skills, students will participate in group performances and showcase their progress to family and friends.
